A beautiful residence rises on a cliff on the Costa Brava. This gorgeous residence is positioned overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. From the top of the plot you can see how the architectural volume is combined with the wonderful and unique native vegetation. The house was designed by Soler – Morató Architects and it is located in Tossa de Mar, Barcelona, Spain.
The garden provides a great view and it allows the family who lives there to use the space for different elements. The garden provides a great platform besides the old building, being dominated by the rectangular room of double height with a large glass surfaces on two sides, allowing fully open and the union of interior and exterior space. Another important element is the elongated pool, its position being at the end of the garden right next to the cliff, thing that gives a wonderful view.
The main challenge of the project was involved in a single housing for 60 years, a small jewel of post-rationalism designed by Catalan architect Joseph Ma versatile Bosch Aymerich, who conceives a daring and compact cubic volume of the mountain, emerges as overhang on the steep abyss, probably made possible by his great gifts as an engineer.
