Canada has a lot of beautiful houses that have an eye-catchy architecture, so it would have been so bad not presenting Hillcrest Residence. Designed by Victoria Design Group, the building is standing up so imposing due to Michael Knight, the house builder. The result? A wood paneling facade with large windows so that the interior can have access to the magnificent surroundings.
The interior keeps the same wood color and features, with contemporary choices all over. The open kitchen hosts a bar, while the living room preserves history using vintage furniture. Modernness intervenes with a non-traditional fireplace in a glass box. Underneath the staircase there are stones, contrasting very well with the other natural material used –wood.
The bedroom features wonderful water views, as well as the bathroom incorporated. On the roof we find the pool and lounge chairs we would expect to see in the backyard. Being up so high, the landscape from there is even more delightful.
