With the beautiful blue landscape the Bondi House offers, it’s a daring choice to keep four levels in a black and white contrast. The best words to describe the style of the house are elegant and classy. But besides the monochrome look, the big windows maximize the views of the beach. For decoration, minimalist elements reign over the whole home, continuing the same idea like the coloristic, that simplicity can impress, too.
In the ground level there are two bedrooms, each having an opening to two separate courtyards: one leads to a garden and one has beach views. At the first floor, we find the living room, kitchen and dining room and at the second one, the master bedroom breaks all this black and white pattern with a little bit of extravaganza on the bed covered with a natural fur blanket. All these levels are connected through a marble staircase and also an elevator going down to the basement, to the garage, laundry, and wine cellar.
And as we wouldn’t have let us convinced by the luxury the Bondi House inspires, the lighting system in automated and it can be controlled via the iPad. High-tech era, high-tech houses!
