Casa DLW is located in Brazil and it’s designed for a single family. The main idea was to split the house in two, so that the social zone and the private area can be separated from each other. Being built on an abrupt space, the house gives an incredible view over the city and sea, as the living room is hosted on a level that floats above the driveway.
But that’s not all, because the inhabitants are privileged by the architecture of their home, having a terrace, from where the landscape is even more panoramic. With kitchen at the same level, it’s not hard at all to have your coffee on the terrace, feeling the morning spirit and charging yourself with energy just looking at the beauties surrounding.
Upstairs, the master bedroom and the guest room can be found, along with an office, so that what’s personal stays personal. These rooms are designed very simple, so there’s nothing popping in your eyes. But the place really inhales calmness and maybe that’s because of the predominant white and grey colors.
