The Beaumaris House is located in Australia and it’s designed by Maddison Architects. The house is structured into two rectangular boxes, the southern box encloses living, kitchen and outdoor spaces, and cantilevers out beyond its ground floor enclosure to capture 270° Port Phillip Bay views.
On the interior and exterior design the architects used a combination between modern materials and a lot of wooden elements which makes the house cosy.
